-management lying to parents and patients -management bribing to patients management threatening patients -management putting down patients (calling names) -management refusing patients to call parents for help -management misleading parents -management lying about treatment options -management lying about financial questions -management putting business first, patients last -management taking clients to pysch hospitals if they try to complain or stand up for them selves -management is chaotic and not organized -management forcing patients to ignore religious beliefs -management refusing to admit to mistakes -management gossiping about patients and laughing at their distress and pain -when I was there, five patients left in two days followed by one of their own staff members quitting
